Our new upgraded alloy clutch lever includes an insert that sits against the lever when pulled in. Older clutch levers have a simple button that's pressed down to lock. However, this button can often slip if you hit a bump or a rock on the road. This lever fights against this and keeps clutch lever taught when you need it, keeping it disengaged as long as you need it!

Works excellent. Fast reacting for quicker stops. Old button lost and it was rigged up to work. This is much safer for me with the new lever! Very happy with the item.
