This reed valve kit works with our Flying Horse and Mega Motors 66cc and 48cc engines, as well as most Chinese engine kits on the market. Installation is a breeze: simply replace your existing intake manifold with the reed valve assembly, attach your carburetor to the reed's intake port, and you're done. Very impressed. I put a new hot engine on my beach cruiser. Bolt spacing for the reed valves that I already have on hand wouldn't fit because of the 40mm bolt spacing.Ordered the right reed last Wednesday, got it today, Tuesday. Inside of 10 minutes had it installed, first short test ride.I have so much more low end torque, the engine comes up to temperature smoother, better idle, get up and go has really improved. I think a little bit of run time should improve running even more.I highly recommend this 40mm Reed Valve to anyone who wants a bit more performance out of their 66cc bike engine. I am running a PK-80 engine with tuned teardrop pipe, a Dellorto Clone Carb. and a 6cc Big Head.With the 44 tooth, full throttle top end pulls 44mph.
