  • 2-Piece Cylinder With Extra Large Fins: The engine kit comes with a 2-piece cylinder with extra large fins that promote superb cooling in the engine. Unlike other 2-stroke bike motors, this engine keeps your power output more consistent, runs cool, starts easily, and carries more weight.

  • Extra Large Cylinder Head: Most 2-stroke engines have the standard size cylinder head, however, the upgraded BBR Tuning V2 100cc engine comes with a 30% larger cylinder head.  The larger cylinder head lets your engine breathe at higher RPMs, making it ideal for modifications and racing. Cylinder Head Dimensions: 5.75" Length x 5" Width x 2.37" Height.

  • Built-In Reed Valve: The cylinder body comes with a fully built-in reed valve increasing air intake to the crankshaft space and improving the performance of the engine.

Balanced Crank

This 2-stroke engine has a balanced crank and upgraded crank bearings.  It comes with a stuffed crankcase that sits tight to the crank and in turn, increases motor compression.

** Please note: Sprocket Clamp Assemblies included with BBR Tuning 2-Stroke 48cc, 66/80cc, and 100cc, as well as 4-Stroke 49cc bike engine kits come with only 1x set of metal plates. Older production of these assemblies included 2x sets, but from testing and redesigning, existing engine kits and engine kits in the future will only require 1x set. This redesigned assembly helps secure your rear wheel sprocket better than in previous production.

Product Dimensions and Specifications

The BBR Tuning V2 100cc bike engine kit is about 8.5" Height 7" Length 5" Width, while the extra large cylinder head itself is about 5.75" Length x 5" Width x 2.37" Height. The bike engine kit fits on standard, male frames with tubing of 25mm to 29mm in diameter. Larger frame sizes require drilling into bike frame with a stationary bolt and use the universal face plate to mount the front of the engine.

The engine chain does not interfere with your current drive chain and peddling because it rides on the opposite side of the bike sprocket.

 

Product Requirements

Installation is a breeze! The rider only needs some basic hardware skills, tools, and around 2-3 hours for installation and fine tuning adjustments (Note: Seller is not responsible for misuse or this kit or any warranty after installation).

Fits Most 26" Wheeled Bikes (Mountain, Cruiser, Chopper, Road) with V-frame. The frame should have 9-11” of clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar, and the diameter of the frame tubes should be 25-29mm (around an 1”).

Disclosure of accurate engine size: While we have chosen to use the long standing factory branding engine size of "100cc", the true displacement of the bicycle engine is 78.6cc. Down through the years China bicycle engine manufactures have advertised their biggest engine as 100cc, therefore we have listed them in the same way on our website. In the west, the volume of a cylinder is calculated by using the formula Volume = Pi x Radius Squared x Stroke. However,in the east the displacement of an engine includes the area of the cylinder head's combustion chamber as well as the volume of the cylinder. Therein lies a discrepancy between measuring standards by the manufactures in China with those in the United States. However, all "100cc" engine kits on the market today are actually 78.6cc in displacement size if measuring by US standards.

Wonderful motor, very nice power band and great power. I’m 270lbs and it pulls me up hills like nothing this is with me breaking in the motor. Very steep grades

Talking about true cc measurements the phantom 85 is hard to beat.

Except the phantom 85cc.its a true 85cc engine and I can hit speeds up to 50+ stock.the only downside is they don't leave you any room for building up your engine.

one of the best engine kits ive ever had is fun to ride. and fun to put together i had a few issues with the pens in the piston not being there soo i asked customer support for help and the support guy was freddy and he was very helpfull and uderstanding and helped me with the issues so im leaving a 5 star review. would heavily recommend getting a engine kit from them if your a starter of more into bike engines there very nicely made engine kits. this engine kit has all the power for hills and and speed

High quality low speed

I bought this motor more for power than speed I have a 36 tooth sprocket on my bike and before that I had a 28 to sprocket and my top speed was 26 miles an hour going downhill. The engine is perfect for getting around town but wouldn't want it for racing. I have two 80cc motors of which I have top both out at 40 mph and when I bought this on a Black Friday sale it said that it was 40 mph stock I can't even get up to 8 mph with the sprocket that comes with it. Had to remove the cap to the muffler drill holes in the carburetor and get a smaller sprocket just to get it up to 26 but that's besides the point everything seems like it's very high quality I haven't had any issues with anything other than chain.
